Catching legendary pokemon such as Kyogre and Groudon are too easy in the games. This is probably what would happen if they are as legendary as people say they are...

Ok, I'll be honest, I had a hell of a time getting Groudon in Emerald (as well as Kyogre), but that was just because they were Level 70 when I caught them when all guides said they were only supposed to be Level 40 and left me unprepared.

But, I digress. If any of the Legendaries where as difficult as their descriptions read them to be, the games would be infinitely more difficult. Case in point being any of the Sinnoh legendaries. I mean, we've got manipulators of time and space...
